Qualifications

• Experience coordinating meetings, events, and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and client service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for leadership coaching and development cohorts.
• Manage calendars and scheduling across facilitators, program producers, client stakeholders, and participants.
• Set up virtual meetings and distribute participant communications, meeting links, and session materials.
• Maintain accurate program records and perform quality assurance checks.
