Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the rapidly expanding Interim practice group. You will support the Interim team, candidates and clients throughout recruitment and placement processes as well as playing an integral role in diverse projects and activities required for the efficient operations of a fast paced, performance driven organization.

Strong organizational skills and experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects in a professional services setting.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel; Salesforce a plus.
• Ability to manage calendars and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Support Interim team, candidates and clients throughout recruitment and placement processes.
• Document, track and maintain records; update CRM to ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate calendars and scheduling of candidate interviews with clients; assist in client events.
