Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the rapidly expanding Interim practice group. You will support the Interim team, candidates and clients across recruitment and placement processes, contributing to efficient operations in a fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities include data-driven support, CRM upkeep, interview scheduling, and presenting client materials. Strong MS Office and coordination skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Project management, administrative experience or scheduling experience in a team-oriented professional services environment.
  • Strong experience with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel); Salesforce a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage workload with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Experience in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Interim team, candidates and clients across recruitment and placement processes.
  • Document, track, and maintain records; update CRM to ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate calendars and interviews; prepare client presentations.
  • Handle expense reports and assist in client events/projects.

The Role

Korn Ferry is searching for a Project Coordinator to join the rapidly expanding Interim practice group. As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the Interim team, candidates and clients throughout various aspects of the recruitment and placement processes as well as playing an integral role in diverse projects and activities required for the efficient operations of a fast paced, performance driven organization.

Key Accountabilities
  • Work closely with sales and delivery team in providing tools, operational support, data analytics & reporting to support rapidly growing Interim team
  • Document, track, and maintain records to support sales and business development by coordinating the placement process and updating CRM to maintain data integrity
  • Participate in weekly/monthly team meetings, manage activity, resource reporting and scheduling
  • Perform various administrative duties that support the sales and business development functions
  • Coordinate calendars and scheduling candidate interviews with potential clients
  • Provide client contract management administration for sales and delivery team
  • Manage assigned expense reports where applicable
  • Create and provide presentations for use with clients as requested
  • Serve as point of contact for client and consultant administrative needs
  • Assist in coordination of client events or projects as needed

Required Skills:

  • Project management, administrative experience or scheduling experience in a team-oriented professional services environment
  • Strong experience working with all Microsoft Office tools with particular proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and Salesforce a plus+
  • Proven experience with organizing & managing own workload with a focus on details and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while effectively coping with change
Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of project management, administrative experience or scheduling experience in a team-oriented professional services Strong scheduling, expense report, travel arrangements experience is a plus
