Qualifications

• 8+ years as CAO or Controller in private business.
• 8+ years financial software experience including Sage Intacct and QuickBooks.
• PCM construction accounting methods expertise.
• Experience in banking partner evaluation and credit facilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication via Slack/email.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close schedules for multiple entities and automate reporting.
• Lead financial discovery assessments to identify cleanup needs.
• Coordinate with client leadership, construction teams, and outsourced firms for accurate coding.
• Develop property-level metrics and sophisticated financial models for partners.
• Strengthen internal controls over cash and lien tracking to prevent leakage.
