• Strong understanding of construction accounting, job costing, and percentage of completion.
• Ability to communicate with project managers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic financial plans for construction, including project-based revenue strategies and cash flow management.
• Evaluate construction acquisitions and business sale opportunities.
• Oversee job costing, project profitability reports, and KPIs.
• Present actual vs. budget results and forecasts to owners and leadership.
• Lead budgeting processes at project and company levels; ensure financial accountability.
