Job summary

the company is a remote-first software company advancing its Finance function with AI-driven processes. This FP&A role owns the monthly close, budgeting, and KPI layer, building a scalable operating model and automation to speed decision-making.

You will maintain a 3-statement forecast, track headcount and software spend, and partner with GTM leaders on sales KPIs. Strong Excel/Sheets, US GAAP, and SaaS metrics expertise are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related fields.
• Built and maintained 3-statement models with scenario planning.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and core accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly reporting cycle from actuals to management package.
• Maintain 3-statement operating model and driver-based forecast.
• Forecast headcount and software/vendor expenses vs budget.
• Maintain KPI layer: ARR, NRR, gross margin, CAC payback, Rule of 40.
