Job summary

Starface World is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and analysis as we grow. You will report directly to our SVP of Finance and own key FP&A processes, partnering across teams to turn insights into informed decisions.

The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. Experience in a fast-growing consumer brand is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or a related finance function.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills, including scenario modeling and variance analysis.
• Experience in a growing, complex business with multiple drivers.
• Analytical, metrics-driven with strong judgment.
• Cross-functional partnership and influence across teams.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and ownership of deliverables.
• Clearly communicates complex financial information to different audiences.
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, or MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, rolling forecasts, and testing assumptions with cross‑functional partners.
• Own budget‑to‑actual reporting and variance analysis, driving actionable insights.
• Maintain and evolve financial models, including scenario analysis for planning.
• Strengthen cross‑functional finance touchpoints to improve planning and rigor.
• Own FP&A integration within S&OP, aligning forecasts with operational planning.
• Support month‑end close reviews and audits from a finance perspective.
• Identify opportunities to automate FP&A processes and reporting (NetSuite).
• Provide commercial finance perspectives on retail vs. DTC economics and ROI.
• Lead FP&A deliverables and improve tools, processes, and analyses.
