The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and decision support, with emphasis on data-driven recommendations and AI-enabled productivity. Remote-friendly, with compensation in the $100k–$120k range.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills with data-to-insight ability.
• Experience partnering with commercial teams and business leaders to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Consolidate forecast data and monitor performance against budget and forecast.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and sales compensation planning.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting with key insights for senior leadership.
• Analyze pipeline, revenue trends, and metrics with reporting tools to improve forecasting.
