Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking an FP&A Manager to join our US team in a remote role. You will own planning, forecasting, and the performance narrative while leading reporting and analytics across multiple entities and revenue streams.

You will build and maintain the consolidated model, manage budgets, and develop unit economics. The role emphasizes automation, AI-enabled insights, and executive storytelling with a lean team.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, preferably SaaS.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel/Sheets.
• Hands-on data skills: SQL and BI tools.
• Experience with ERP systems, NetSuite preferred; CRM/CPQ data is a plus.
• Automation/AI use to improve finance workflows.
• Clear, concise communication for executives and board.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, data, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the consolidated operating model across entities and revenue streams.
• Own annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and rolling cash/P&L forecasts.
• Produce board, lender, and management reporting with clear drivers and commentary.
• Own the Reachdesk Performance Dashboard and single source of truth for reporting.
• Define data requirements across systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, DealHub) and ensure data integrity.
• Identify and implement automation across forecasting and reporting; apply AI for analysis.
