Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a Manager of FP&A to extend our planning and management reporting framework. You will start as a hands-on contributor and partner with senior leadership to drive margins and strategic initiatives.

This remote role is based in Canada with an internationally distributed team. You will build revenue and operating expense forecasts across products, connect plans to a three-statement model, and deliver management-ready analyses that inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years FP&A experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and AI-enabled modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue forecasting across products with inputs from stakeholders.
• Build labor and non-labor forecasts and link to three-statement model.
• Run quarterly forecast cycles and map accounts through P&L, balance sheet, cash flow.
• Develop management-level reporting and actionable recommendations.
• Determine data requirements and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
