CIRE Equity is a privately held real estate investment firm focused on value creation across the Western United States. We seek a senior FP&A Manager to lead portfolio budgeting, forecasting, and valuation activities within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes financial modeling, lease and loan term analysis, and robust reporting to investors. A strong background in CRE analytics, SQL, Argus Enterprise, and MRI is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; business or finance concentration preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate analyst/senior analyst.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Argus Enterprise is required (advanced preferred).
• MRI experience is desired, SQL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual portfolio budget process and quarterly reforecasts using MRI Budgeting/Forecasting module; coordinate inputs and own budget line items.
• Oversee monthly valuation process with Argus models, review external appraisals, and gather key assumptions and metrics.
• Maintain and run scenario analyses for lease, asset, and portfolio models; support leasing decisions and CapEx ROI analyses.
• Lead financial variance analysis for the portfolio and communicate findings to executives.
• Abstract leases/CC&Rs and loan agreements to support valuation, budgeting, and compliance; produce periodic investor reports.
