Job summary

The Third Group in Charleston, SC is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead portfolio-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will partner with operations, asset management, and business development to provide clear financial visibility and decision support across 100+ property-level and entity-level structures.

This role focuses on ongoing performance management, forecasting, and strategic planning within a dynamic professional services real estate portfolio, not acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5–8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
• Real estate, property management, or multi-entity experience preferred.
• Ability to manage complexity across multiple entities and stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting across 100+ entities.
• Own entity-level budgeting aligning ops, holdings, and corporate plans.
• Develop consolidated financial models to track cash flow and metrics.
• Analyze performance with operations to identify trends.
• Collaborate with asset management on monitoring and planning.
• Support cash flow forecasting, liquidity, and funding analyses.
• Build ad hoc models for strategic decisions.
• Improve financial processes, tools, and data integrity.
• Provide leadership with scenario analysis and insights.
• Support business development with financial projections.
