SPRCHRGR is seeking a seasoned Virtual CFO to lead FP&A and finance ops for a diverse client mix across startups, SMBs, and nonprofits in the US. You will build forecasts, budgets, cash models, and analyses while mentoring junior staff and guiding client teams.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, strong modeling skills, and the ability to manage multiple engagements remotely with compensation bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in a financial role with at least 8+ years as a finance leader.
• Strong understanding of equity and debt financing and startup cap tables.
• Proven track record in financial modeling, budgeting, and planning.
• Experience overseeing corporate accounting functions and compliance.
• Proactive, client-centric, fast learner with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Mentor FP&A Managers and Sr. Financial Analysts on staff.
• Direct the full monthly accounting cycle for client businesses.
• Supervise client engagements and coordinate with client finance teams.
• Develop short/long-term financial plans to maximize profitability.
• Provide financial analysis and modeling for key business decisions.
• Present operating results to boards and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements.
• Support investor relations, capital raises, and debt negotiations.
• Assist with due diligence for M&A and buy/sell activities.
• Collaborate on ad-hoc financial challenges and system implementations.
