Responsibilities

• Reconciling equity rollforwards to align cap table and books.
• Trim days off accounts payable cycle without vendor friction.
• Support due diligence and financial modeling for strategic initiatives.
• Maintain transparent commission calculations and resolve disputes.
• Develop cash flow models and monitor Roseville team's liquidity.
• Explain documentation to auditors clearly and concisely.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to CFO with tight deadlines.
