Production Systems Inc is looking for an FP&A Manager in Salinas, CA, with a proven track record in management reporting and strategic finance ownership. You'll build advanced Excel models, drive spend analysis, and stand up internal controls to support a strong Month-End Close.

The role offers a $125,000 - $200,000 anchor with remote-first flexibility and a comprehensive benefits package. Relocation is possible, with a hybrid cadence and opportunities to influence CA-wide financial processes

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering results as an FP&A Manager
• Fluency across Forecasting and Excel, with strong opinions on both
• Prior experience working on-site in Salinas, CA, or willingness to relocate
• Judgment seasoned by at least 7 years of real consequences
• Comfort presenting to a CA-wide audience without a script
• Comfort with the hybrid cadence of a Salinas-based operation
• The diplomacy to align stakeholders who don't agree yet

Responsibilities

• Build the Excel model that finally retires the manual workbook
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through detailed spend analysis
• Stand up internal controls that survive a surprise audit
• File quarterly sales-and-use tax across every CA jurisdiction we touch
• Draft tax memos clear enough that legal signs without rewrites
• Turn quarter-end into the calmest week of the finance cycle
