Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance (FP&A) to collaborate with executives and private equity stakeholders. This role will provide data-driven insights, prepare executive reports, and translate financial performance into actionable narratives. Ideal candidates will have experience in finance and communication with senior leaders, especially from private equity backgrounds. This fully remote position offers a competitive salary up to $165k plus a bonus and full benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of progressive Finance & sell‑side transaction experience, ideally with a start in Investment Banking or Private Equity.
• Experience working at or with PE portfolio companies.
• Manufacturing/Energy/Engineering/Infrastructure industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support CFO & Director with data insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various leaders across the organization.
• Prepare reporting packages and presentations for executives.
• Translate financial data into clear narratives.
• Engage with private equity owners daily.
