Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and formulas; data modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and cross-organizational collaboration.
• Experience with Hyperion/Cognos/SAP Business Objects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing strategic analysis to senior management.
• Performing analysis and modeling.
• Tracking results and cash flow.
• Explaining budget deviations to Management.
• Assisting with integration of budget information into the accounting system.
• Analyzing fiscal operations including cash management and payroll.
• Preparing monthly budget variance reports.
• Support quarterly forecast development.
• Acting as liaison between departments.
