BILL, a remote-first fintech company with offices in San Jose, CA and Draper, UT, is seeking a Manager of Corporate FP&A to lead planning, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis. You will own Adaptive Planning, partner with cross‑functional teams, and drive data‑driven decision making for senior leadership.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, think strategically, and blend technical skills with business judgment to shape the company’s financial roadmap and growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Proven Corporate FP&A experience including planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
• Trusted advisor to business partners with leadership access and influence.
• Clear and confident communication of complex financial results in writing and in person.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Adaptive Planning financial planning system; build, maintain, and improve models, workflows, and data integrations.
• Partner across Corporate FP&A on planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting cycles; surface risks and drivers to leadership.
• Consolidate forecasts and craft presentations for senior executives.
• Collaborate with Accounting on financial statement presentation and ensure cross-system consistency.
• Introduce AI and automation to accelerate analysis and enhance reporting.
• Own ad hoc financial projects and cross-functional analyses as they arise.
