BearCom is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for BearCom's Operational Finance organization, including Stone Security. This high-impact role partners with executives to drive performance, deliver modeling, and advance data-driven decision making.

The role focuses on annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and executive-level insights across BearCom and Stone Security, with emphasis on process improvements and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Financial Analysis.
• Experience supporting operational business units and executive leadership.
• Experience in multi-location, distribution, technology, or security and communications services is a plus.
