Job summary

BearCom is seeking a Strategic Finance Lead in Garland, TX to own the forward-looking financial framework and partner with the private equity sponsor, CFO, and leadership. You will manage budgets, long-range planning, and investor reporting, building sponsor-grade rigor and real-time dashboards (Power BI) to drive enterprise value.

This hybrid role offers high visibility and the opportunity to shape strategy across pricing, growth investments, and M&A support.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in investment banking, private equity, or similar analytical environment.
• Exceptional financial modelling, analytical, and presentation capabilities.
• Strong commercial instincts; connect performance to financial outcomes.
• Hands-on data analytics tools to support finance decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated operating and financial model including budget, forecast, and long-range planning.
• Lead monthly and quarterly lender and investor reporting packages.
• Support covenant calculations, liquidity forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop board-level materials highlighting performance and risks.
• Build dashboards (Power BI) for real-time KPIs and trends.
