Job summary

Fohr, a NYC-based influencer marketing agency, is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to own the company’s planning process and partner directly with senior leaders on key initiatives. You’ll help define priorities, allocate resources, and establish measurable outcomes that influence how the business grows.

This high-ownership role requires turning ambiguity into clarity, building scalable forecasting, and delivering insights that guide executive decisions.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive finance experience, including 2–3 years in strategic finance or FP&A.
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to explain thinking to non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience with modern planning tools such as Lucanet xP&A, Adaptive, Anaplan, or similar FP&A platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to evaluate strategic opportunities and provide financial insight for decisions.
• Own and improve Fohr’s rolling forecast and translate drivers into forward-looking expectations.
• Serve as finance partner for growth initiatives, building metrics to measure progress and accountability.
• Support annual planning and budgeting, including target-setting and scenario analysis.
• Deliver analyses to answer critical business questions from investments to operational tradeoffs.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial systems, planning processes, and reporting.
• Build trusted relationships across the organization and act as a thought partner to leaders.
