Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to lead planning, forecasting, and management reporting across insurance-related portfolios. You will partner with Controllership, Actuarial, Investments, and Technology teams to deliver insightful analyses and drive decision-making.

The role emphasizes KPI interpretation, data-driven storytelling, and the delivery of executive-ready reports while advancing Finance Transformation through automation and Cloud/EPM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Six+ years in finance, accounting, FP&A, or related discipline.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Strong communication and ability to present to senior leaders.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage FP&A operating rhythms: multi-year plan, budget, forecasts, and reporting.
• Define and interpret KPIs, analyze results, and explain drivers to leadership.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses and forecasting packages.
• Collaborate with Controllership, Actuarial, Investments, and Ops teams.
• Support financial analysis across insurance portfolios and related units.
• Lead process improvements to improve forecast accuracy and reporting efficiency.
• Document requirements for Finance Transformation and future FP&A design.
• Apply BI, data visualization, and AI tools to integrate data and automate reporting.
• Communicate complex financial concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Coach team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
