Job summary

Linesight is seeking an FP&A Analyst to drive budgeting, rolling forecasts and strategic planning while providing rigorous financial analysis and insights to senior management. You will develop complex financial models, perform variance analysis, and support decision-making across commercial and project teams.

The role interfaces with Oracle/SAP systems and BI tools, requiring strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field; master's degree or certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience with financial modelling and analysis.
• Experience with financial systems (Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel; BI/data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial models for budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range planning.
• Deliver actionable financial narratives to senior management and business partners.
• Conduct variance analyses, scenario planning and profitability assessments.
• Support monthly reporting, revenue forecasts, backlog analysis and utilization metrics.
• Proactively suggest process improvements and automation of data consolidation.
• Translate financial data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
