Flodesk, a remote-first email marketing company, seeks a senior FP&A professional to build the company's forecast, planning, and board reporting. You will own subscription and revenue modeling, drive AI-enabled forecasting, and partner with the CFO and cross-functional teams to shape strategic decisions.

You will design modular, auditable models, manage AI-driven automation of forecasting workflows, and deliver ad hoc analyses for executive decisions, while maintaining strong controls and

Competenze

• 6-10 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, SaaS or subscription background preferred.
• Rebuilt recurring finance processes with AI or automation and can validate impact.
• Fluency in SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV) and connection to P&L and balance sheet.
• Comfort with SQL or Python to extract and shape data from billing, CRM, and ERP systems.

• Own modeling of company-wide forecast (P&L and balance sheet) with CFO input.
• Build driver-based and scenario models for strategic decisions.
• Model billings, deferred revenue, cash across monthly/annual plans; analyze churn and cohort behavior.
• Prepare board and executive financial analysis and narratives.
