Job summary

HealthSnap is hiring an FP&A Lead to join a small, high-performing finance team and drive margin and profitability for the business. You will turn operational, clinical, and contract data into clear decisions for the executive team from day one.

You will own gross margin analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and board reporting, and you will model customer profitability, pricing, and contract economics to guide strategic actions and pricing decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
• Strong three-statement and driver-based modeling skills.
• Experience with gross margin, unit economics, or customer profitability analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain margin models covering cost of service components.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and board-ready reports with driver-based models.
• Develop customer- and contract-level P&Ls to inform pricing and terms.
