Job summary

NAPA Anesthesia’s BridgeCare unit seeks a dedicated finance lead to own placement tracking, margin analysis, and P&L creation for its locum tenens staffing business. You will forecast revenue, develop the pipeline, and provide strategic financial guidance to leadership.

You will collaborate with Corporate FP&A, cross-functional teams, and business development, using advanced Excel models and AI tools to automate recurring analyses and improve reporting speed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 3+ years in FP&A, staffing finance, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret placement and margin data and present conclusions to leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make financial information clear to non-finance audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own placement tracking & margin analysis across BridgeCare’s locum tenens book.
• Build and maintain BridgeCare’s monthly P&L — revenue, cost of placements, and contribution margin.
• Forecast revenue and placement, updating projections as pipeline activity changes.
• Partner with Business Development on the sales and placement pipeline to evaluate financial implications.
• Support strategic planning and ad hoc analyses for BridgeCare leadership.
