Job summary

Cityblock Health seeks a Manager, Market Strategic Finance to serve as the primary finance partner to Market Operations, delivering clarity on local market P&Ls and building the reporting and planning infrastructure to support growth. This hands-on role requires comfort with pace and ambiguity in a fast-growing company.

You will review monthly P&L with market leaders, drive unified reporting and KPIs, and advance budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance with strong financial reporting experience.
• Comfort with NetSuite (ERP) and familiarity with good financial reporting practices; Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus.
• Strong understanding of 3-statement models, GAAP, and P&L drivers; able to explain variances to non-finance leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with market leaders to review monthly P&L performance and explain budget vs. actual variances.
• Deliver and improve monthly, quarterly, and annual market financial reporting, and standardize KPIs and templates across markets.
• Expand and automate our use of Workday Adaptive Planning for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting, including headcount planning with functional leads and People team.
• Partner with Accounting to leverage NetSuite data and keep planning models aligned with accounting records.
• Continuously improve processes as the business scales.
