Job summary

RVO Health, a health-technology company, is seeking an FP&A Associate to own the FP&A functions for Pharmacy & Care P&L, including Cash Card and Rx on Demand. You will build pricing models, run scenario analyses, and present performance to leadership weekly.

This is a high-visibility role in a fast-growing business with broad scope. The role requires 1–2 years FP&A experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–2 years of FP&A experience or similar role.
• Experience supporting a P&L including revenue and cost drivers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepares month end and quarter close reports with variance explanations.
• Delivers monthly projections and variance analytics with cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitors and reports key financial metrics and operational indicators.
• Presents data-driven financial reports to senior leadership.
• Develops and maintains sophisticated financial models for strategic planning.
• Collaborates with partners to improve growth, profitability, and cost efficiency.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements in FP&A workflows.
