Salesloft, a leading SaaS company, is seeking a Financial Analyst to partner with our Finance team and key stakeholders across Customer Success, Professional Services, and G&A. This role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive data-based decision making.

You will own revenue metrics, support strategic initiatives, and leverage modern FP&A platforms like Pigment and Claude AI to accelerate modeling and reporting for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, Sales Operations, or quantitative financial analysis within a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for financial modeling.
• Hands-on experience with FP&A platforms (Pigment) and AI tools (Claude AI) for analysis.
• Solid understanding of SaaS post-sales metrics (NRR, GRR, Churn, ARR).

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Partnering with department heads on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Maintain revenue and retention metrics; own churn forecasting models with Revenue Operations.
• Drive executive reporting with insights for senior leadership.
• Leverage Pigment and Claude AI to accelerate data analysis and automate finance workflows.
• Perform ad-hoc financial modeling to evaluate strategic initiatives.
