Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst (Revenue) to support the Director of FP&A in delivering revenue forecasting, reporting, and business partnering across the organization’s revenue functions.

You will collaborate with Clinical Operations and physician leaders to drive accurate revenue projections, variances, and board-ready materials, while exploring AI-enabled improvements for efficiency and insight.

Qualifications

• Advanced or expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with OneStream, Hyperion, IBM Planning Analytics, or SAP preferred.
• LLM/AI tools experience will help in revenue forecasting and reporting.
• Intermediate SQL knowledge for reporting and data extraction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate data into narratives.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly revenue forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Partner with Clinical Operations and physician leaders on revenue reporting.
• Develop and maintain revenue models and variance narratives.
• Pilot AI-enabled tools to improve forecast turnaround and accuracy.
