You will lead the annual plan, long-range planning, and monthly forecasting, developing models and scenarios to guide strategic investments and operational decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant FP&A and business partnering.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, R&D, or other operations.
• Experience in regulated medical device or healthcare manufacturing environments preferred.
• Proven success influencing executive leaders and driving financial accountability.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, and investment analysis expertise.
• Advanced proficiency with financial systems and data presentation to executives.

Aufgaben

• Lead FP&A partnership to COO and Operations leadership, guiding performance and resource allocation.
• Lead the annual operating plan, long-range planning, and monthly forecasting across COO functions.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses for investment decisions.
• Collaborate with Quality, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Facilities leaders.
• Deliver timely financial reporting with insights on trends, variances, and actions.
• Drive profitability, cash flow optimization, and inventory efficiency.
• Evaluate product development investments and capital expenditures to support growth.
• Lead analyses of cost optimization and efficiency programs to create value.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate reporting and transparency.
• Support executive leadership, board analyses, and investor-related insights.
• Champion continuous improvement of FP&A processes and data analytics.
