Job summary

Monte Rosa Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A to drive planning, forecasting and analytics across a substantial portion of operating expenses.

You will partner with department leaders to translate strategic priorities into credible financial plans and board-ready materials. You will own the annual plan, quarterly reforecasts, monthly close, cash/runway analysis and long-range scenarios, while collaborating with both scientific and corporate teams to optimize resource allocation and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 7–10+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own annual operating plan and quarterly reforecasts.
• Build driver-based models for headcount, costs, and allocations.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly variance analyses with commentary.
• Contribute to cash forecasting and runway analysis.
• Model contracts, collaborations, and capital expenditures.
• Develop headcount and compensation forecasts with People Ops.
• Support month-end close and expense allocations.
• Improve FP&A processes and SOX-readiness.
