Job summary

Merck is seeking an FP&A Associate Director to provide strategic and operational financial support across the US Oncology portfolio, including QLEX, Rapid Response and S&OP. You will partner with commercial and analytics teams to forecast revenue and drive informed business decisions in pre-launch and post-launch contexts.

The role requires building strong finance partnerships, leading Actuals, Budget and LROP forecasting, and collaborating with marketing, sales, operations and DHH to assess

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting.
• Four plus years of business experience, preferably pharmaceutical/healthcare.
• At least two years in analytical finance with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Forecast revenue for pre-launch, post-launch, and scenario analyses to drive informed decisions.
• Lead FP&A activities (Actuals, Budget, LROP, forecasts) for tumor families/products.
• Represent finance in collaborations; align on realistic revenue/expense forecasts for alliances.
• Partner with marketing, sales, operations, market access, DHH and others to assess performance and flag risks/opps.
• Support analyses for business development, investor relations and working capital assessments.
• Collaborate with other functions to ensure a transparent, seamless support model for US Oncology.
• Participate in and/or lead special projects and initiatives.
