Job summary

Iambic Therapeutics, a Nasdaq: IAM company, is hiring an Associate Director/Director of FP&A to own budgeting, long-range planning, and the consolidated financial model. Based in San Diego with remote options for outstanding candidates, you will partner with leaders across Biology, Clinical and G&A to drive financial strategy and accountability.

You will manage complex models, support executive decision-making, and mentor a high-performing FP&A team as the company scales toward its public

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; MBA/CFA a plus.
• 8+ years FP&A in biotech/pharma or life sciences; or related finance roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with group leaders on budgeting and long-range planning.
• Build/maintain consolidated financial models for scenario planning.
• Prepare executive presentations and board-ready materials.
