Job summary

The Synergy Company is seeking a Strategic Finance & Analytics Manager to lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You will build driver-based models, connect operational activity to financial outcomes, and provide dashboards and insights that guide senior leadership.

Reporting to the CFO, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to improve data quality, reporting, and decision-support tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or analytics.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience.
• Proficient in financial modeling and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop driver-based models linking operations to financial outcomes.
• Create dashboards and management reporting for executives.
