The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst is responsible for supporting the financial planning and analysis functions and processes within the Finance Department. This position prepares budgeting & projections, and ad hoc reports for data requests. This is a remote or hybrid role and the FP&A Analyst will report to the FP&A Manager.
The firm has one available position in either Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Dover, OH; Long Beach, CA; or Portland, OR. Some positions at Novogradac may be open to remote or hybrid work arrangements depending on business needs. Please discuss available options with your recruiter.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance plus 1-3 years of accounting or finance experience and/or appropriate balance of education and work experience. Prior experience working in a professional services firm a plus. Ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritize a fast-paced and varied workload, effectively manage a variety of concurrent and shifting priorities. Excellent organizational and follow-through skills, performing work accurately with strong attention to detail. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to gather information, conduct analyses, present findings, and create solutions. Strong computer proficiency, including solid skills in the Microsoft Office suite, in particular with Excel, as well as experience using accounting software systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
