Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Corporate FP&A Analyst to join our global finance team from a remote US location (Eastern or Central time zones). This role owns departmental financial reviews, payroll and cost analyses, and data builds powering standard financial reviews.

You will collaborate with the FP&A Lead and VP of Finance, building relationships with department heads and shaping the path to a senior role within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in FP&A, financial analysis, or management accounting.
• Experience producing monthly management accounts or reporting packs.
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP (strongly preferred).
• Prior experience in a technology, SaaS, or high-growth company is a plus.
• Highly proficient in Google Sheets / Excel — can build and maintain complex models.

Responsibilities

• Build the data foundation for monthly CFO review packs including actuals vs budget, cost centre breakdowns, headcount summaries and supporting charts.
• Own end-to-end departmental financial reviews: data pull, pack build, and preliminary commentary.
• Produce monthly payroll and non-payroll cost analyses with headcount reconciliations and run-rate forecasts.
• Maintain quarterly and annual Product and Segment P&L, allocate revenues and costs across lines.
• Lead data collection for Annual Operating Plan: distribute budgets, manage deadlines, and consolidate results.
