Job summary

DoiT International is seeking a Corporate FP&A Analyst to join the global finance team. This remote US role, aligned with Eastern or Central time zones, will own departmental reviews, payroll and cost analysis, and data builds powering standard financial reviews.

You will collaborate with the Corporate FP&A Lead and VP of Finance, build relationships with department heads, and develop the foundation to advance to a senior role within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in FP&A, financial analysis, or management accounting.
• Experience producing monthly management accounts or reporting packs.
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP system strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in a technology, SaaS, or high-growth company is a plus.
• Highly proficient in Google Sheets / Excel and building complex models.
• Strong data accuracy instinct and attention to numbers.
• Structured and organised with ability to manage multiple deliverables to tight deadlines.
• Clear written communication with ability to write a concise variance commentary.
• Interest in applying data science and AI capabilities to finance work.
• SQL knowledge strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build the data foundation for monthly CFO financial review packs with actuals vs budget, cost centre breakdowns, headcount summaries and supporting charts.
• Identify material variances and provide analytical insights for commentary.
• Own end-to-end financial review packs for a portfolio of departments and prepare preliminary commentary.
• Attend monthly review meetings as Finance contact and build relationships.
