Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Corporate FP&A Lead to join our global finance team. This remote role in the US (Eastern or Central time) will own departmental financial reviews, payroll/cost analysis, and data builds powering our monthly close process.

You will partner with leadership, build a scalable FP&A function, and grow into a senior role within 18–24 months. You will drive accuracy, deliver on-time reporting, and influence business decisions in a fast-growing cloud-focused company with strong

Qualifications

• Proven FP&A or management accounting experience.
• Experience producing monthly management accounts or reporting packs.
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP.
• Experience in tech, SaaS, or high-growth companies is a plus.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets model-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the Monthly Reporting pack with actuals vs budget, cost centre breakdowns, headcount summaries, and supporting charts.
• Own end-to-end departmental financial reviews and provide commentary.
• Produce payroll and non-payroll cost analysis with variance tracking.
• Maintain quarterly and annual P&L for products and segments.
• Prepare data inputs for investor and lender reports and support annual operating plan.
• Automate repetitive data tasks with the Finance Tech team and document close procedures.
