Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Manager, FP&A to join our global finance team and lead a small, high-performing FP&A group. This remote US-based role reports to the VP of Finance and Strategy and collaborates with the CFO and department heads to drive planning, financial reporting, and performance management across the business.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in FP&A or related fields, strong modeling skills, and a track record of delivering insightful financial narratives to executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or management consulting.
• Experience producing board or investor-level financial materials.
• Strong stakeholder management - comfortable presenting to CFO and C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve all FP&A outputs before distribution to CFO, dept heads, or external parties.
• Own the FP&A close calendar and close playbook; enforce deadlines and improve timelines.
• Design and maintain reporting cadences and SOPs for finance operations.
• Manage and mentor Senior IC and Junior IC; conduct weekly 1:1s.
