Clutch is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team, driving planning, reporting, and analysis that support growth and profitability. You will own key financial models connecting operations to revenue, spend, and performance targets, reporting to the head of FP&A.

You’ll build core reporting, forecast cycles, and board-ready packages while partnering with cross-functional teams. This role offers remote flexibility and a strong path to leadership in finance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of FP&A or related analytical experience.
• Strong SaaS metrics understanding and link to company performance.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills.
• Experience with FP&A/EPM tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own financial models and reporting processes.
• Build monthly variance analysis, KPI dashboards, and budget-vs-actual reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
• Lead end-to-end forecast cycles and board prep.
• Identify risks and opportunities in numbers.
• Support pricing and unit economics as needed.
