M9 Solutions LLC. is seeking a CSS Support Engineer L2 to support a client in Washington, DC from a remote location. The role requires US citizenship or permanent residency and focuses on Palantir Foundry platform support, data workflows, and customer-facing issue resolution.

You will work with data engineers and product teams to diagnose bugs, improve documentation, and contribute to the platform’s ongoing enhancements, while maintaining strong communication with clients.

Formación

• Must have US citizenship or lawful permanent resident status.
• Background in a technical field (CS/Engineering/IS).
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark; additional SQL/Java/TypeScript/JavaScript viewed favorably.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, RESTful services, and dev best practices.

• Serve as technical liaison for data engineers using Palantir Foundry, providing first-line support.
• Deeply understand Foundry applications to address user inquiries effectively.
