Job summary

Baer is seeking a Palantir Foundry Application Developer for a 6-month federal remote project. You will build and maintain user-focused applications that support operational data analysis, exception resolution, and governed workflows.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Foundry Workshop and OSDK, and can translate business requirements into reliable, secure solutions while collaborating with stakeholders across civil programs. Remote US-based only.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing Palantir Foundry applications using Workshop or OSDK.
• Knowledge of Foundry ontology objects, links, actions, and governed data access.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript; React for custom OSDK apps.
• Experience with deployments, testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Palantir Foundry Workshop apps, views, filters, actions, workflows.
• Integrate interfaces with Foundry ontology objects and approved data products.
• Implement business rules, data validation, error handling, RBAC.
• Develop custom OSDK apps using TypeScript/React when required.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into features.
• Conduct user testing, fix defects, refine apps.
• Prepare release notes, user docs, and support guidance.
• Ensure apps meet security, governance, and deployment standards.
