Job summary

RJM Technologies is seeking a Founding Electric Utility Business Development Executive to help shape and grow its cloud-based meter-to-cash platform for electric utilities. You will leverage 15+ years of senior relationships with IOUs, municipalities and cooperatives to open doors, arrange meetings, and advance strategic discussions with the founders during product demos and technical talks.

Remote within the U.S.; some travel to customer sites and industry events.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in the electric utility or utility technology industry.
• Strong relationships with senior executives at Investor-Owned Utilities (IOUs), municipal utilities and/or electric cooperatives.
• Knowledge of meter-to-cash, metering, MDMS or utility data systems.
• Executive-level credibility and the ability to get meetings with utility decision-makers.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in helping build an early-stage company.

Responsibilities

• Use your industry relationships to open doors and arrange meetings with senior utility executives.
• Work directly with the company’s two founders, who will lead product demonstrations and technical discussions.
• Remote within the U.S. | Some travel to customer sites and industry events.
