Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a highly analytical field.
• At least 1 year of high-impact professional experience from elite firms or hyper-growth startups.
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical and communication skills for executive-level decisions.
• Be highly autonomous and capable of leading multiple strategic projects under tight deadlines.
• Have experience working with C-level executives to drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-impact projects from conception to completion across business verticals.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and KPI-tracking documents for performance updates.
• Conduct market, competitor, and investor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Support fundraising by creating pitch materials and investor outreach.
• Streamline workflows and operations, and assist with scaling recruitment using AI.
• Act as sparring partner to founder to prioritize and execute strategic projects.
