Melotech is seeking a Growth Associate (Intern) to join a fast-growing team. You will help run the organic growth engine across creators, formats, and trends, working directly with founders and data experts.

This role centers on scalable creator outreach, seeding products into viral formats, and building repeatable playbooks from experiments. You will collaborate with the Growth Manager and product/data teams to optimize reach on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, while learning the

Qualifications

• Platform fluency in TikTok, Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts.
• Able to grow accounts, pages, or brands.
• Experience working with creators and native-looking content.
• Creative thinker who tests ideas in a structured way.
• Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets; SQL/Python helpful.

Responsibilities

• Identify and partner with creators and communities at scale.
• Seed products into viral formats and communities quickly.
• Spot trends early and move on them within days.
• Run multiple low-cost experiments weekly and formalize winners into playbooks.
• Collaborate across Growth, Product, and Data teams to optimize reach.
