Melotech is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence (Intern) to identify and develop new market opportunities, expanding our platform into sustainable ventures. You will work autonomously alongside the founder, shaping the company’s trajectory through market exploration and partnership-building.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a related degree and have experience in launching initiatives from concept to execution, with a flair for strategic experimentation and rapid scaling across media channels.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related analytical field from a top-tier university.
• Direct venture development and business building experience in high-growth startups or via Tier 1 consultancies/investment firms.
• Proficiency in business model innovation, operational system design, and strategic financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Identify and validate new market opportunities across media categories, geographies and platforms.
• Develop and deploy systems and frameworks enabling rapid scaling across verticals and distribution channels.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating new business lines with existing operations.
• Design and execute strategic experiments for market entry, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies.
• Establish partnerships with industry leaders, platforms, and networks to accelerate expansion.
• Develop comprehensive market entry strategies and blueprints for new verticals.
