Melotech is a remote-first startup focused on powering art through technology for media and entertainment. They are seeking a growth-oriented recent graduate to help steer organic growth across creators, formats, and trends, with a data-driven approach.

You will run frequent tests, turn winning ideas into repeatable playbooks, and collaborate directly with founders, a Growth Manager, and product and data teams to drive impact across the business.

Formación

• A student or recent graduate who lives on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Hands-on experience growing an account, page, or side project.
• Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets; SQL, Python, or AI tools are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Help run the organic growth engine: creators, formats, trends, and the numbers behind them.
• Run many cheap tests every week and turn winners into repeatable playbooks.
• Work directly with founders, Growth Manager, and product and data teams.
