Melotech seeks a Founders Associate to act as the founder's right hand, driving strategy across all business areas and scaling operations with autonomous execution. You will influence market direction, data-driven decisions, and organizational processes while coordinating across leadership, product, engineering, and business teams.

The role demands a strategic mindset, top-tier education, and proven experience with elite firms or venture-backed startups.

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a highly analytical field from a globally top-tier university.
• At least 1 year of proven, high-impact professional experience from elite management consultancies, bulge bracket investment banks, Big Tech, leading PE/VC funds, or as an early team member at venture-backed startups.
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical and communication skills with a track record of turning data into actionable insights for executive decisions.
• Highly autonomous: thrive with minimal guidance and can independently lead multiple strategic projects under tight deadlines.
• Have a track record of working directly with C-level executives to drive measurable impact in scaling and strategy.
• Energized by high-pressure, performance-driven environments and excited by shaping the future of media and entertainment.
• You are obsessed with music, video, or social media and want to influence the industry’s trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Managing high-impact projects from conception to completion across all business verticals.
• Preparing presentations, reports, and briefing documents while tracking KPIs and updates.
• Conducting market, competitor, and investor research to identify growth opportunities and support decisions.
• Supporting fundraising by creating pitch materials, organizing investor outreach, and maintaining partner relations.
• Streamlining workflows and improving operational processes, including recruiting at scale with AI assistance.
• Acting as a sparring partner for the founder to prioritize and execute strategic projects across the business.
