As a closer, you will run 3–5 Growth Sessions daily, execute our playbook, and own the CRM. You’ll close 10+ deals a month at a 25% win rate, work remotely in the US or Canada, or hybrid in Frederick, MD, with uncapped earnings and a

Qualifications

A proven closer who has sold something with a real price to people who could say no, and done it in one call.
Sales is methodical with a repeatable process and sequence.
Coachable and able to articulate changes in your process from coaching.
Able to engage founders running $1M+ businesses and discuss payroll, margin, cash flow, and hiring costs.
Sell over video rather than in person, and manage the session, CRM, and calendar independently.

Responsibilities

Run 3–5 Growth Sessions per day with founders/CEOs.
Execute the sales playbook consistently on every session.
Own and log every session, outcome, next step, and cash detail in the CRM daily.
Review your own sessions and bring insights to training.
Hit the target: 10+ deals/month at ~25% win rate on qualified attended sessions.
